Product Pricing
All of the products developed by DHDial & Company are licensed on a “per user” basis. A separate user license is required for each personal computer on which the software is installed. The base price for each of the time and billing applications includes five user licenses. Additional user licenses can be purchased as required. The base price for the other accounting applications includes an unlimited number of licenses for a single firm. Additional licenses are not required for these systems.

* Note: Each license to the Pendulum Time and Billing System includes a license to the Pendulum Remote Time Entry application for the same personal computer at no additional cost. Separate licenses for the Remote Time Entry application are required only for personal computers not licensed to the complete Pendulum Time and Billing System.

Software Support Plan
A Software Support Plan is available for each of the above systems to provide all published software updates and unlimited toll-free telephone support. For the first year, the annual fee for the Software Support Plan is 15% of the software license fee. For subsequent years, the annual fee is 10% of the current software license fee for the number of licenses you have purchased. This plan can be purchased with the application software for the first year and renewed annually.
Training Services
If desired, training classes can be conducted at your firm or at DHDial & Company for each of our systems. The fees for these classes are based on a per-diem rate plus any out-of-pocket travel expenses and are available upon request.
